Cancellation Policy
Kindly inform us with a minimum of 24 -72 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We offer a 15-minute grace period for your appointment. However, after that, we'll have to cancel your appointment and unfortunately forfeit your booking fee and reschedule.
Also, please keep in mind that we're unable to extend your appointment time if you're running late. So, to make the most of your lash session, please try to be on time!
Not adhering to these requirements / NO SHOWING will result in a $20 charge during your next visit along with the new deposit.
Deposit from previous canceled / no show appointment will not be refunded or moved to new appointments.
Should you require a rescheduling, please notify us at least 24 - 72 hours before your appointment, and you can utilize your booking fee towards a future appointment.
